Exchange Policy

Important Note:
Items that are worn, used, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:

    • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, including a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Return the Item:
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided for return by the support.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the exchange is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item received.
  4. Exchange Processing:
    • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange eligibility criteria.
    • Once the inspection is complete, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Non-Exchangable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Exchange for a Different Item or Size

  • If the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock or unavailable, we will offer you a refund or store credit instead.
  • If the price of the item you wish to exchange is different, you may either pay the difference (in case of an upgrade) or receive a refund for the price difference (in case of a downgrade).

International Exchange

For customers residing outside India:

  1. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any exchange.
  2. Exchange requests for international shipments may take longer due to the extended shipping times and customs clearance procedures.
  3. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable to the returned item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges Due to Defects or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly accept an exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with a clear description of the issue and supporting photos (if applicable).
  2. Once the exchange is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
